PALEROS
- Is a picturesque fishing village of 1500 inhabitants situated
26 KM South of Aktio-Preveza airport and across from Lefkas island
on the Western coast of Greece. Paleros is an ideal location for
relaxing holidays in traditional village style. The village has
several tavernas, a few bars and water sports possibilities. While
in Paleros one can go on boat trips to Lefkas Ithaka and Kefalonia.
Also by car to visit Delfi, Parga, Preveza and Ancient Nicopolis.

SIVOTA
A beautiful, picturesque village with
1.000 inhabitants in the North-western coast of Greece. It is across
from the islands of Paxi and Antipaxi, 24 km south of Igoumenitsa
port, and 52 km north of Parga. Sivota is situated in a lovely landscape
between hills with olive groves and wild vegetation. It can only
be called unique because of its many small bays with beautiful sandy
beaches, and the crystal clear sea. Four tiny islands lie just offshore
in front of the yacht harbour, and these can be visited in the summer.
Day trips to the islands of Corfu, Paxi and Antipaxi are worthwhile.
Furthermore, excursions to Oracle of Dodoni, Archaeological museum
of Ioannina and Nekromantion in Preveza are of interest.

beaches in Greece, like Porto Katsiki.

PARGA
The picturesque town of
Parga has 5,000 inhabitants, and is situated on the North Western
coast of Greece. Parga belongs to the Preveza prefecture. Around
the beautiful harbour are plenty of shops, cafes and tavernas where
you can enjoy he local wines or a glass of Ouzo.
The area is of dramatic beauty with its
beautiful sandy beaches and hills covered in olive groves and
pine forests. Daily excursions can be taken to the archaeological
site of the Oracle of the dead, ancient Nicopolis, Syvota, and
to the islands Paxos & Antipaxos.

At the waters edge, in an elevated position amidst a semitropical
fenced garden lies this unique three- levelled elegantly
furnished maisonette.
On the Ground floor there are two bedrooms - one with a
double bed, and one with three single beds, the staircase
to the middle floor, a hall, one WC/slower, the cloths washing
machine. Both bedrooms lead to the garden.
On the Middle floor is the main entrance, an open plan kitchen,
dinning area, and sitting room with verandas, plus the stair
case to the upper floor.
On the Upper floor we have two more open plan bedrooms (no
door in between them) a WC/shower, and a three meters wide
covered veranda with spectacular sea vistas. The open two
plan bedrooms offer a 1.20 m. wide bed, one single, a sofa
for a child, and optional a baby cot.
The
villa occupies the left side of the property, is detached
on the three sides and on the fourth side it neighbours
with a separate property. On the garden level there is a
brick wall, trees, and flowers that separate completely
the two properties.
A
garden stairway leads you directly below to a semi private
thick sand beach, with sapphire crystal clear sea.
A garden shower available as you return from the beach.
Lovely facilities for out door living in a jungle-green
